The Node is now set up so all the lights turn on when it senses motion.
Motion Sensor -> Wireless Transceiver -> Appliance Module. The only caveat was the florescent lights save up enough energy to trigger the relay so we had to plug an incandescent bulb to absorb the extra energy. All in all a great success.
