We had the pleasure of a visit from the MICA Smart Textiles gang on Tuesday evening. They gave us some cool ideas for workshops we could do including seed grenading and mechanical puppetry. They also pointed out that the anti-theft device on our camera (a wrench attached to it) was not particularly effective and might result in us losing both the wrench and the camera. They don’t call ’em smart for nothing!
Here’s a blurry picture of the crew taken with that same camera. Hopefully they’ll all come back soon so we can get some better snapshots. Assuming the camera’s not been stolen by then.
